Greetings!

Thank you for taking an interest in my practice. One of the most important, yet difficult parts about seeking support is finding a good match in the practitioner. I am no stranger to the process as I’ve been in your shoes before, so the following is a little about me and my approach.

Some fun facts:

I am originally from sunny southern California. I miss the beach life.

I have been living in New York for 12+ years.

I have a deeply committed yoga, meditation, and dance practice.

I love traveling and exploring new environments.

I love tattoos! I have many.

I identify as an intuitive and work with guides who support me in all aspects of my life.

I am a consistent work in progress and am a privy to exploring various states of consciousness. Integration practices are therefore an integral part of my lifestyle.

I struggled with severe anxiety and depression for the better part of my adolescence and young adult years. I now have a loving, compassionate relationship with these parts of myself, they no longer determine who I am or rule my identity.

I sometimes scream into pillows, my hands, or go out in nature and yell at the top of my lungs while stomping into the earth. I highly recommend it!

Now on a more serious note:

I work under the belief that we are in constant motion and change is inevitable. It’s how we cope with our fears and uncertainties as well as process through stuck energy or emotions that determines our perspectives and our outcomes. Building awareness around our emotional energy is not always an easy process to do alone, especially when we’re holding onto a difficult past. My approach to therapy operates through the lens of becoming more connected to our body, our emotions, and our minds. Ultimately, my goal is to create an objectively safe space for you to become an increasingly aware individual. In turn, allowing you to step back and observe how you make decisions that impact your well-being and the well-being of others.

I didn’t always have the confidence I have now, I didn’t always feel happy, and sometimes I still don’t. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned from my own spiritual and therapeutic endeavors is that all emotions are a beautiful and essential part of our consciousness. My background in this area runs deep, as for a good portion of my life I hid from the shame I held inside, thinking there was something wrong with me for being able to feel so deeply and for the choices I made. Eventually I hit a wall and I was faced with no other option but to seek the support, not from one but a variety of sources. It’s been several years since I finally became aware of the role I played in perpetuating these self-defeating beliefs. My support system provided me with the tools to develop a new perspective while also creating a safe support network to confront a past that haunted me and held me back from living an unapologetic, empathic, and compassionate life.

Living intentionally comes with work. Deep work. Challenging yourself in ways you may not be completely comfortable with at first. The other part of my practice is meeting you where you are. We’re not always ready to nosedive into the deepest part of the ocean. Trying new things and making long-term changes takes time. My role is to hold space while providing you with tools to befriend yourself and all of your emotions. It’s also to encourage you to give yourself permission to move at a slower pace, in order to eventually find your flow and thrive.

If this feels like a good start, I would be delighted to hear from you.
