Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a commitment to yourself, to uncover and discover sides of your personality even those most difficult to face. It’s also a chance to form new insight into the complexities of who are and why you have developed certain stories, perspectives, and behaviors. While the process may be challenging, there can be immense beauty and relief in letting go of what holds you back from excelling forward. Therapeutic growth happens most naturally when we invite curiosity into our internal and external worlds.

Coaching

Coaching is different from therapy as it is more specifically attuned to a goal or desire. Coaching is not therapy and offers a different approach towards the healing journey of the client.

My coaching practice is best attuned for those seeking an alternative practice to psycho-spiritual guidance and support. Coaching still involves working through a transpersonal, somatic, and embodied lens. Sessions may incorporate a blend of practices, including: energy work, such as reiki, emotional freedom technique, shamanic healing modalities, parts work, and more expressive/extensive somatic and emotional release practices.

Insurance

Vibe and Thrive Therapy & Coaching is an out-of-network provider. You may check with your insurance provider to see if you have out-of-network benefits and are seeking reimbursement. In all instances where out-of-network benefits are covered, payment must still be rendered at the time of service.
